The same four stages on every job, in this order. Customers tell us the useful part is knowing which stage they're at.
Look at it and quote it
We come out, measure, and explain what the work involves and how long it takes — before any money is discussed. The quote is itemised and it's free.
Book a start date
You get a date, and we turn up on it. Most residential jobs run a few days; bigger renders and multi-room plastering are scheduled in stages.
Prepare the surface
Cracks chased, old render cut back, edges and beads set, everything masked. Skipping this stage is why finishes fail two summers later.
Finish and clean up
Render floated or plaster set, colour applied where painting is included, and the site swept and cleared at the end of each day.
